“My philosophy of ministry can be summed up in Paul’s admonition to Timothy, ‘I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus . . . preach the Word; be ready in season and out of season . . .’ (2 Timothy 4:1-2; cf. Acts 20:20-21). As a result my practice is and has been expository preaching, verse by verse, book by biblical book—and thereby do I seek to “feed the sheep.”
